While our database is made up of individuals we have recruited through extensive search efforts, we have discovered that many successful recruits are often referred by individuals just like yourself. To show our appreciation for helping our business grow to meet the needs of our clients, we are now offering a Referral Reward Program. Effective October 5, 2001, our referral policy is as follows:
Eligibility:
You are eligible for our $1,000.00 (one thousand U.S. Dollars) pre-tax Referral Reward if you provide the name, title and contact information of the following qualified healthcare professionals ONLY: Dentist, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Physician.
The reward will be paid if the individual you have referred is placed by Regatta Professional Staffing with one of our clients and remains employed full-time and in good standing for the length of the guarantee period which is typically 40-45 days. If your referral is already in our database, through previous referral, or their own submission, you will be notified that this candidate has already been submitted to us and he/she will not be considered as your referral. An email will be forwarded to confirm your referrals eligibility in our program.
*Please Note - referring a candidate to Regatta Professional Staffing does not guarantee the individual's employment. We reserve the right to change rules or regulations at any time.
*Eligibility to the Referral Program is not included for temporary placements.
How Does it Work?
Simply complete the form below or if your referral prefers to contact us directly, just have them reference you as their referral source when calling. Please note, you are not eligible to refer yourself.
